Quite neighbors, however the promenade itself is noisy, but we were aware of it, and it was even fun to sit on the balcony at the evenings and look free entertainment outside =) Great location, but the key collecting could be somehow to be organized from the apartments (1,7 km away from location). Anyway, we liked it very much and highly recommend this place!"

"When we asked for extra pillows, we were told that it is not an hotel and that we should use the cushions of the sofa. Having to receive the keys from a different address was not very practical with kids. It also took long time to receive the deposit back. We received only after we had to send a reminder. Communication could have been more kind and friendly."

"It was great to have a view of the sea, it was a nice flat, there were trams nearby to take us into old Nice. We enjoyed being able explore other towns as well (particularly Antibe) as public transport was very good. The flat was clean and modern."

"We were confused because we all interpreted the details as the flat having 2 shower rooms, which spoiled it a bit as there was only 1. The toilet should have had a sink, which would have improved things a little. Only one half of the shutters in the twin bedded room worked, which left us with bright street and traffic lights shining onto us at night. There should have been 8 pillows for the 4 of us and not 6 pillows, which seemed mean and inconvenient. We would have liked another set of keys, as one set only meant that none of us could separate ever."

"We got the keys from a nearby office very quickly. We arrived earlier than agreed, but they let us go to the apartment. The instructions for entering the apartment were sent beforehand on WhatsApp in a video. The apartment was clean and spacious with a very nice view to the sea. Air conditioning in all rooms. Perfect place for a group of friends or family. Supermarket and several coffee shops/restaurants nearby."

"We could've used some instructions about taking out the trash (where to put it etc). The balcony was very narrow, but there was a cute coffee table. Could be a bit noisy at evening and night times but the windows had very good noice cancelling effect. Some days it was a bit difficult to find a nearby parking place."
